APS Caseworker Onboarding Toolkit

The APS Caseworker Onboarding Toolkit is a guide to support the APS supervisor in preparation for the onboarding of a new caseworker. It provides tools and guides to use throughout the onboarding process that can help the supervisor and caseworker organize and track fulfillment of recommended onboarding steps.  Additional materials include links to documents and websites, access to local and state systems and resources, and information on how to access APS core and agency trainings. 

This toolkit is meant to be utilized by the supervisor along with the caseworker.  It can be provided to the caseworker to have access to the documents and links, but not without explanation and support.  

Note: This is an optional tool for onboarding. You are not required to use it, but it can be used as a standalone guide or along with your current onboarding process.
